TheLoopX respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), TheLoopX will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content available on TheLoopX infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent at:

Your Notice Must Include

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material on TheLoopX that you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it (URL or description).
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@theloopx.com. Counter-notifications must meet the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Repeat Infringers

TheLoopX reserves the right to terminate access for users or sources that are found to be repeat infringers.
